Thank you for visiting and shopping at Label7th. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days for regular shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Providers

Label7th uses Sendle as our preferred shipment provider. Sendle facilitates it's delivery of items through Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please. For areas unreachable through these methods or for orders with express post selected, we will send your parcel via Australia Post.

Shipping charges for your order are free.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will first receive an order confirmation email from hello@label7th.com Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Label7th is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) as they are issued by your local government and not Label7th.

 

Damages

Label7th is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, please be aware you may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
